Solution · Human-AI Project Execution Platform

Process becomes execution.
Execution becomes evidence.

SynchronAIze connects standards and existing tools into one execution system where AI agents work as accountable team members.Projects become systems; AI joins teams.
Standards, people, AI agents, and traceable evidence connected through SynchronAIze

Overview

Turn process knowledge into an executable project system

SynchronAIze structures the roles, activities, information, and quality gates required by process standards, then connects organizational procedures, existing tools, and AI models.People and AI work against the same criteria while execution and review records accumulate in context.

Execute · Govern · Prove

Design execution, control, and evidence together

SynchronAIze connects Quality for AI and Quality by AI at the project execution level.

Execute

Executable process

Turn roles, activities, entry and exit conditions, and quality gates into an operational project structure.

Govern

Controlled AI participation

Set AI scope and human intervention by work risk, and stop progression when a required review or approval is missing.

Prove

Traceable evidence candidates

Connect actual execution, versions, reviews, approvals, and quality results to support audit readiness and evidence preparation.

How It Works

Connect process definition to governed execution and evidence

Keep the intent of the standard as What while adapting agents, skills, tools, models, human roles, and quality criteria as How.

01 Process Definition

Structure standards and organizational procedures as roles, activities, required information, and completion conditions.

02 Mapping & Assembly

Bind people, agents, skills, existing tools, autonomy levels, and quality criteria to each activity.

03 Orchestration

Manage task readiness and human intervention from inputs, completion conditions, quality gates, and approval state.

04 Governance & Evidence

Connect execution events, artifact versions, reviews, approvals, and quality results as traceable evidence candidates.

Trust & Boundaries

Separate AI support from accountable human decisions

SynchronAIze does not replace safety judgment, process ownership, assessment, or final approval.

AI support

Prepare reviewable drafts, run approved analysis and test tools, organize results, and identify traceability or consistency gaps.

Human responsibility

Own process tailoring, safety and risk decisions, exceptions, official artifacts, baselines, releases, capability decisions, and assessor communication.

Fail-closed evidence

Do not present unexecuted tests or unperformed reviews as evidence. Preserve source, versions, execution time, tool context, and approval state.

Pilot

Start with a small flow that people can review

Select an activity with clear inputs, completion criteria, and accountable reviewers, validate the operating model, then expand based on observed results.

Begin with requirements and traceability, code and unit tests, or actual verification automation where evidence can be checked

Keep current ALM, version control, CI/CD, and verification tools and connect only what the pilot needs

Agree improvement goals from measured execution time, rework, traceability, and evidence completeness rather than promising fixed gains

SynchronAIze supports audit readiness and evidence preparation; it does not guarantee A-SPICE compliance, capability level, functional-safety judgment, assessment, or certification

FAQ

Questions about adopting SynchronAIze

Must we replace our ALM and engineering tools?

No. We review the ALM, issue tracking, version control, CI/CD, and verification tools already in use, then connect only the capabilities needed for the selected workflow.

Does SynchronAIze guarantee A-SPICE compliance or a capability level?

No. It supports checking actual execution history, project rules, audit readiness, and evidence preparation. Final capability decisions require the formal assessment method and judgment by authorized personnel and assessors.

Does an AI-generated document immediately become an official artifact?

No. It remains a reviewable draft until an accountable person checks facts, consistency, traceability, safety, and project context, makes corrections, approves it, and places it under configuration control.

Can the platform connect multiple standards?

It is designed to connect multiple standards, but adoption starts with a clearly scoped activity. Standards such as ISO 26262 or ISO 21434 are connected only after project requirements and responsibility boundaries are defined.

Where should a pilot start?

Start with a small workflow whose inputs, completion conditions, and human review criteria are explicit, such as requirements and traceability, code and unit tests, or actual verification automation.

Review the current process, tools, AI scope, and human responsibilities, then select the first activity for validating execution, review, and evidence flow.

Design SynchronAIze adoptionthrough a focused pilot.
